1.Thomas Bravo agrees to Acquire Anaplan for $10.7 Billion 

Thomas Bravo, a leading PE firm, stated Monday morning that it has agreed to buy Anaplan Inc (NYSE:PLAN), a British business software company.

Anaplan provides a connected planning platform that helps businesses make better-informed plans and decisions faster.

2.Validus Growth

Validus has entered into a deal with Citi Singapore to acquire the latter’s business loan portfolio, the company announced in a statement.

Founded in 2015, Validus Capital is Singapore’s leading SME digital financing and credit investment platform, addressing the financing gap SMEs face by utilising data analytics, machine learning and AI to fund growing businesses.

3. Cascade Funding

Cascade, the strategy execution platform used by leading organizations such as American Express, Unicef, Johnson and Johnson, announced today that it closed a $29 million Series A round of funding.

4.Zocket funding

Zocket, a Bangalore and Chennai based SaaS firm, raises $3 million in a round led by Kalaari Capital.

5.Draup funding

Draup, a SaaS startup, has raised $20 million from HKW, a private equity firm based in the United States. Draup also has an office in Coimbatore, India.
